About us

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Returns and Refunds policy and Privacy policy.

Our products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade or natural items can vary a little. If you’re unsure about a product, contact us before ordering.

Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges, where they apply, are added at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors, and if we do we’ll contact you before dispatching so you can confirm or cancel.

Making an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is made when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we can’t deliver to your address. If we do, you won’t be charged, or you’ll be refunded in full.

Stock is shared between the website and the shop, so on rare occasions an item may sell out before your order is processed. We’ll tell you straight away and refund you.

Reserve and collect
You can reserve items online and collect and pay in our shop at 18 Templehill, Troon. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation. Reserved items are held for 7 days, after which the order may be cancelled and the items returned to sale. You can cancel a reservation at any time before collecting, at no charge.

Returns and cancellations
See our Returns and Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used online and in the shop, and are valid for 12 months from purchase. They can’t be exchanged for cash.

Candles, fragrance and electrical products
Please follow the safety instructions on candles, wax melts, electrical lamps and diffusers. Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

Our responsibility
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. We don’t exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

Your information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
